It's been a while since we posted a wedding Wednesday, so searching for one today was exciting. I stumbled upon this gorgeous September wedding on Southern California Bride & fell in love. I think you will too! From the one of a kind invitations, to all the other design pieces, you can really see the work that went into everything. I love the gold touches & the pops of deep colours. I absolutely and in awe of all the elegant pieces.

So yes we know we've been on a bit of a hiatus & yes we know we promised these photos a long time ago, but today we finally have them! Below you will find some photographs from Amanda & Kody's wedding day, showcasing some of the work we created for the bride & groom.

In the photos above we designed & created the "Wedding This Way" sign, the light up "A" & "K", provided the ladder with props, the hashtag signage, the flipflop signage, provided the "A & K" for the welcome table, sparklers with signage, the wine bottles & signage for their first 5 years of anniversaries.

For these photos above, we created everything in the first three photographs, we held the Photo Booth & took fun photos of the guests all night long! We also created the "Let the adventure begin" signage, & the sweets signage.

Amanda & Kody's Moms were also a huge help. They created the outstanding centre piece to the barn & many other decorations.

We're so happy for you guys! Thank you again for letting us be apart of your day & getting the opportunity to create beautiful things for your wedding. xo

While the first unofficial long weekend of the summer approaches, both Michelle & I are anxiously awaiting getting out of the office for some fun weekend festivities. We've been kind of M.I.A. lately if you haven't noticed & we apologize! Things have been super busy at both work & our personal lives. We definitely want to get back into the swing of a routine for the summer months.

A+K wedding planning has been super fun. The big day is approaching & we're super pumped to be apart of such a beautiful day for the happy couple. We still have a big list to uphold to, but we're definitely keeping on track with our duties. Lots of things to share in the coming weeks - from design pieces to decorations. Stay tuned.

Do you have any plans for the long weekend? We're attending our first ever Axe throwing party! We're both excited & a bit curious as to how the night will turn out. Throwing dangerous objects & drinking alcohol is definitely a weird mix, but I'm sure it will be a great night!

Saturday we plan on working on decorations for the wedding. Depending on how the weather goes, we will decide what we will work on. See below of some ideas we might get started.

I'm very excited to say that my boyfriend is HOME for the summer after another hockey season. We planned a last minute trip to Mexico & we leave Sunday for a week. The resort looks beautiful & I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with the boy in a beautiful tropical location. Check out a few pictures from the resort.

I hope everyone has an amazing long weekend! Get outside & do somethings to kick off the unofficial start to your summer, whether it's heading to the cottage, going camping or just planning something fun with a group of friends. Sunday fun day here I come!

Happy early Victoria day!

We finally got to see where A+K's wedding is taking place & boy are we EXCITED! It is such a stunning venue. These photos do NOT do it justice. I can only imagine what it will look like in the summertime with the green grass & bloomed trees. Check out some of the photos we took this past Saturday while planning with the bride, groom & their Mom's.

Off to the left is the owner's home, which looks absolutely perfect. I would love a tour!

Where the arrow is pointing is where Amanda will be making her debut. It's a decent size drive-thru where the limo will be hiding her until the ceremony.

This tree is going to be a great focal point when guests walk into the barn. We're thinking lots of lights, mason jars & photos of the bride, groom & family.

It's hard to tell the beauty in these photos, but this place is gorgeous. A ton of space for all the 150 guests to eat, dance & take photos at our second annual photo booth! We got a great response at their Jack & Jill so we will definitely be doing that again.

We're going to add twinkle lights EVERYWHERE! The place will be so lit up. Also Kody's Mom, Kathy with be creating a beautiful centre piece to bring the whole room together. Tulle mighttttt be included.

So many beautiful spaces in this barn that we can't wait to decorate with a little wedding charm! We have a ton to do, but we're ready for the challenge.

The countdown for the wedding is on!

59 days to be exact.

Amanda & Kody's wedding is coming quickly so we are planning some of the final details before the big day! We are having a mini road trip this Saturday to visit the Barn & we cannot be more excited to see the land & venue in real life!

We were talking at our last meeting about all sorts of little details, including the isle markers. We weren't quite sure the direction to go in so I have found some beautiful, easy-to-do ideas that will go great with the theme.

This isle marker is so adorable, with the bulb lights & bouquets atop. This would make for adorable photos of the wedding party & bride walking down the isle.

Such a simple isle marker yet so cute. I love little white flowers & mason jars!

Tin canisters are a great idea to hold a larger isle marker. They keep the flowers fresh & add some rustic pieces to the isle.

These isle markers are making me swoon! I adore the heart path! This would be so cute in the wedding colours. All these different ideas is going to make it difficult to choose just one isle marker. We will keep you posted though!

Stay tuned for photos of our mini trip to the barn & more wedding updates!
